Red Team Operator III/IV with Security Clearance

BreakPoint Labs is seeking Cyber Red Team Operators to support a Department of Defense client emulate potential nation-state peer adversary cyber reconnaissance, exploitation techniques, and attack capabilities against a targeted mission, system, network, component, or capability. Successful candidates will be passionate about offensive cyber operations and the technical disciplines involved in emulating sophisticated adversarial activity to demonstrate cyber risk-to-mission. We are seeking individuals for both Red Team Operator III and Red Team Operator IV positions. Required Experience:
- Seven (7) years experience of full-time professional experience conducting penetration testing or offensive Cyber operations for the Red Team Operator III position.
- Ten (10) years experience of full-time professional experience conducting penetration testing or offensive Cyber operations for the Red Team Operator IV position.
- Developing and utilizing offensive tools such as Cobalt Strike, Kali Linux, etc.
- Experience using and auditing Active Directory
- Experience performing exploit development
- Identifying gaps in tools, techniques, and procedures
- Performing development with languages such as C, C , Rust, Assembly, etc. Certifications Required: Security+ Continuing Education (CE) CompTIA Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) EC-Council Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) ISC2 Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) Off Sec OSEP, OSED, OSWE, OSWP, OSCE, OSEE, CRTO, CRTL, etc. DoD Security Clearance Required: Top Secret / SCI Education Level Required: Bachelor's Degree Area(s) of Study Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Cyber Operations, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering.
