The Sourcing Manager is responsible for managing employee engagement through the interview/hiring process. We are looking for a high energy, experienced individual who excels in a high volume, fast paced corporate setting. You will be responsible for creating attractive job ads, screening qualified candidates and scheduling interviews. Ideal candidates will have great interpersonal skills and the ability to build candidate relationships. To be successful in this role you must be driven, self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable functioning in a fast-changing environment. Candidates with a background in Admin, Call Center, or Human Resources or similar are encouraged to apply.

- Develop creative postings for open positions to be placedonline.
- Utilize sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings) to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Act as the point-of-contact whencandidates arrive on site for interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

- Review resumes, prescreen qualified candidates, and schedule candidates to meet with the Senior Recruitment Team.

- Collaborate with the Senior Recruiting team to support MARF requests by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the placement and closure of MARFs.

Position Requirements/Experience/ Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
