We are partnered with an Executive Staffing Firm working in the Industrial space originally from the UK. They have opened an office in Brickell and looking for Associate Researchers to come and join their Recruitment team.
This is an amazing opportunity to get in on the ground floor for the expansion of their US operations and be one of the first US hires.
Functions of the role:
- Create lists identifying highly qualified candidates for specialized positions
- Qualifying candidates to determine if they are a strong fit for clients' positions
- Assist Partners with Admin processing
- Maintain relationships with candidates after placing them in a new position
- Research roles and candidates on and off market
