Position Overview

We're seeking a creative and enthusiastic Recruitment Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in the intersection of talent acquisition and marketing while helping us attract top-tier candidates to our clients' opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • A content-heavy role, you will develop and assist in developing engaging content for candidate and client outreach via our social media channels, website, and email campaigns
  • Establish and grow our digital marketing presence on social media
  • Help create compelling job descriptions that accurately represent our clients' opportunities
  • Support the team in coordinating meetings, lunches, happy hours, etc.
  • Assist recruiters throughout the candidate journey - from sourcing profiles to scheduling interviews to interview prep.
  • Seek candidate feedback and provide recommendations for improving the candidate experience
  • Analyze recruitment marketing metrics and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Research industry trends and competitor strategies to inform our marketing approach

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
