Job Summary:
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end hiring
process, developing recruitment strategies, building talent pipelines, and ensuring that the
organization hires qualified employees to meet its current and future needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, selection,
and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles and build a network of
potential candidates.
• Leverage job boards, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting to attract
top talent.
• Analyse the market, salary trends and best practices of hiring
• Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and ensure timely fulfilment
• Track recruitment metrics such as ,me-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining communication and providing
timely feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adjust strategies to improve the recruitment
processes.
• Monitor and improve the offer-to-joining ratio by managing candidate expecta,ons,
maintaining communication, and addressing concerns post-offer
• Develop recruitment strategies that aligns with business goals and to minimize drop-
offs between offer acceptance and joining.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in with a technology company recruitment, prior experience
in product company is a plus.
• Proven experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage mul,ple recruitment
projects simultaneously.
