Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support to interns, managers, and stakeholders.
  • Manage intern program activities and build relationships across internal and external partners.
  • Monitor and respond to emails related to the intern program.
  • Support coordination and logistics for recruiting events.
  • Deliver front-line support to interns and hiring managers via email and case management systems.
  • Drive operational efficiency by streamlining processes and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external clients, demonstrating flexibility and professionalism in a dynamic work environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, or international environment.
  • Skilled in high-volume scheduling or multi-site calendar management.
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Text to Columns, and Delimited Formulas).
