They are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment team to attract top-tier talent for various roles across their departments. As a recruitment coordinator, you will manage the logistics and administrative aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate must have experience in recruiting for the tech software industry and understand the specific demands of recruiting for software and engineering positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support recruitment processes: Manage the scheduling of interviews, communication with candidates, and coordination between hiring managers and candidates.
Job posting and sourcing: Assist in crafting job descriptions and posting on various job boards, LinkedIn, and other tech-related platforms.
Candidate communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing a positive experience through clear communication, timely updates, and ongoing engagement throughout the recruitment process.
Applicant tracking: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate data and candidate information are entered and tracked.
Onboarding coordination: Assist with the preparation of onboarding materials and facilitate the transition for new hires.
Collaboration with hiring managers: Work closely with hiring managers and department leads to understand hiring needs and create job requisitions tailored to their team requirements.
Recruitment reporting: Assist in tracking and reporting recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, and diversity initiatives.
Market research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive hiring practices within the tech software space to help improve recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the tech/software industry.
Proven track record of supporting recruitment for software engineering, developers, and other technical roles.
Familiarity with recruitment for specialized tech positions and understanding of skills/technologies required for these roles.
