Logistics:
Position: Recruiting Operations Coordinator/Scheduler
Duration: ( 6-8 months) -> End date reflects sometime in December, 2025
Location: Cincinnati, OH - 4 days in office (Friday WFH)
Hourly Rate Range: $18-$20/hour / 40 hours per week
Interview Process: 1-hour with 2 mangers
Must Haves:
- Top Skills: Greenhouse, Scheduling meetings in complex environment - good coordination and attention to details, Preferred - Workday HRIS and heavy Excel experience

- Strong organizational skills, including time management, attention to detail and multi-tasking, especially in fast-paced, high-volume work

- Ability to remain adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, recruiters, executives, candidates, etc
- At least 2-5 years of coordination experience in an office environment
Day to Day:
- Team: Mainly working with 6 individuals on University Recruiting team, all sit in office at Cincinnati location, will also shift over to assist Experience Recruiting team.
- Summer time: will be working with both Experience and University recruiting teams, more on the University side
- September-December time: Core season for University recruiting - high volume of interview scheduling, checking resume eligibility, assisting with team coordination, and other administrative tasks
- Organize video interviews for candidates and internal employees via Outlook and Greenhouse applicant tracking system, for both University Recruiting and Experienced Recruiting
- Manage candidate pipeline using Greenhouse applicant tracking system, Trello and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
- Assist with the pre-employment process for new hires, including but not limited to maintaining pre-employment screenings, and partnering with Recruiting Operations and HR Operations on hiring into the HRIS, Workday.
- Collaborating and assisting with University Recruiting Program needs as they arise (i.e. preparing for fall recruiting season, supporting summer interns and co-ops, etc)
