Position Overview: The Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the recruiting process from start to finish. This individual will be responsible for coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, maintaining accurate records, and assisting the recruitment team with various hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing a great candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities: Candidate Management and Communication:- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, managing all communication and ensuring a seamless interview experience.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, including virtual, in-person, and group interviews, and follow up with candidates promptly.
- Communicate interview schedules and logistics to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
Recruitment Process Coordination:- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and timelines for each role.
- Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on MML's website, job boards, and social media channels.
- Ensure timely collection of feedback from interviewers and communicate results to candidates professionally.
Recruitment Administration and Data Management:- Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure candidate records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare and send offer letters and pre-employment documents, assisting with the onboarding process for new hires.
- Generate recruitment reports and analytics as needed, tracking metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate pipeline status, and hiring source effectiveness.
Brand Ambassadorship and Candidate Experience:- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience, representing MML Hospitality's brand and values in all communications.
- Act as a brand ambassador at recruiting events, networking opportunities, and within the candidate experience journey.
- Coordinate and attend career fairs, recruitment events, and on-site hiring days as needed.
Support Recruiting Projects and Initiatives:- Assist the recruitment team with special projects, such as developing recruitment strategies, implementing diversity initiatives, and enhancing the candidate experience.
- Collaborate with other departments on various hiring initiatives to support MML Hospitality's growth and talent needs.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or a related role in a high-paced environment, ideally within the hospitality or retail industries.
- Spanish Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish required.
- Skills: Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in G Suite and experience with ATS platforms; familiarity with LinkedIn and job boards preferred.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle changing priorities with grace.
Salary: $55,000.00
