Michael Page is seeking a driven and outgoing 360 Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our growing HR recruitment team. This is a sales-driven position focused on building relationships with new and existing clients while managing the end-to-end recruitment process. You'll be responsible for business development, account management, candidate sourcing and screening, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.

Michael Page is a global recruitment agency with a precense in nearly 40 countries. This position sits out of the the New York City office near Bryant Park, Michael Page's NAM headquarters. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-performance, client-facing environment with a clear path for professional and financial growth. The HR recruitment team is a team of 7 social and collaborative recruiters with varying tenure with Michael Page.

Description

  • Drive Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Build and Manage Accounts: Develop strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on hiring strategies and talent solutions.
  • Recruit HR Professionals: Source, interview, and place candidates in roles spanning the full HR function, from generalists to senior leaders.
  • Manage the Full Recruitment Cycle: Own the process from job intake to offer negotiation and placement, ensuring exceptional client and candidate experiences.
  • Consult and Advise: Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and interview prep to both clients and candidates.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Consistently hit revenue and activity goals through a combination of persistence, strategy, and strong communication

Profile

  • Sales-Oriented: This is a sales role. You're energized by meeting targets, developing leads, and building a book of business.
  • Outgoing and Confident: You're not afraid to pick up the phone, ask tough questions, and have consultative conversations with senior professionals.
  • Organized and Process-Driven: You can juggle multiple roles, prioritize your pipeline, and keep clients and candidates moving through the process efficiently.
  • Experienced in Sales or Recruiting: Ideally 1+ year of experience in a recruitment agency or B2B sales or retail environment.
  • Motivated and Ambitious: You're looking for a career path with earning potential and performance-based rewards.

Job Offer

  • Base Salary of $50,000-$60,000 (commensurate with experience)
