gap personnel, part of the gap group, is looking for an ambitious and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding Exeter team. You ll be a key player in delivering recruitment solutions across the industrial sector managing the full sales cycle from new business development to candidate placement.
What you ll be doing:
- Developing new business through proactive sales and networking
- Building and managing long-term client relationships
- Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into temporary or permanent roles
- Managing the full recruitment process end-to-end
- Working towards and exceeding sales targets with the support of a collaborative team
What we re looking for:
- Previous 360 recruitment experience OR a strong B2B sales background
- A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A genuine passion for delivering results and providing a top-tier service
- Local knowledge of Exeter and surrounding areas is a plus
