Full-Desk Consultant
Insightful Talent is partnering with a talent solutions client in Charlotte looking for talent full-desk individuals to help them grow. As a Full-Desk Consultant, you'll be responsible for growing your client portfolio, selling into new groups and delivering on your clients' open opportunities.

What you'll be doing:
Business Development:
- Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with existing clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain and grow an established client portfolio by understanding their business needs and offering tailored talent solutions.
- Negotiate terms of business agreements and ensure client satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and service excellence.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match clients' open positions, ensuring quality placements.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and innovative sourcing techniques.
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from initial client consultation to candidate onboarding.
What the client is looking for:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong sales AND/OR recruiting background in the talent solutions industry.
- Experience recruiting for Tech, finance, legal, actuarial or risk opportunities.
- Self-Starter - someone who has strong motivators and wants to see high financial success.
- Team player - The Charlotte office is primed for growth, we all share a clear goal so it's essential any new team member wants to work with and for the team
