Our client, a top law firm, is seeking a Legal Recruiting Assistant with 1+ years of recruitment/administration experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. This role will support the legal recruiting team in scheduling, candidate tracking, and law school outreach while collaborating with senior partners.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate tracking
- Support judicial clerk and lateral attorney recruiting efforts
- Assist with law school outreach, including events, panels, and mentoring programs
- Manage sponsorship requests related to diversity, law schools, and pro bono initiatives
- Oversee Summer Associate programming, including orientation, mentorships, and events
- Maintain recruiting databases and timelines for key initiatives
- Track recruiting-related expenses and assist with budget preparation
Requirements:
- 1+ years of recruiting or administration experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
