LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a prestigious law firm in Baltimore, MD, is seeking a Legal Recruiting Assistant to work with their team on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities:
- Handling a high volume of data entry
- Managing email and phone communications
- Drafting correspondence
- Editing documents
- Scheduling interviews
- Attending and assisting with work events
- Providing general administrative support
Requirements:
- 1+ year of administrative support experience in a law firm or professional services setting preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Strong MS Office knowledge
- Accuracy in handling a high volume of data entry
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The anticipated pay rate range for this position is between $25-$28/hour.
