Larson Financial Holdings, LLC is looking for a dynamic Lead HR Representative/Corporate Recruiter, who will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's future. Recruiting/Onboarding Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for corporate positions.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases with accurate candidate information.
- Provide training and support to other HR staff and hiring managers.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and employment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and professional organizations.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports on hiring trends and performance.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR.
Other HR Responsibilities
- Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Assists in hosting and administering company sponsored events.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources or recruitment.
- Proven experience in leading recruitment teams and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in diversity and inclusion recruitment initiatives.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
