Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (typically 8 AM - 5 PM with some flexibility)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support both University and Experienced Recruiting teams. This individual will play a key role in coordinating interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting recruiting programs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and has proven experience using Greenhouse ATS and Microsoft Outlook.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule video interviews using Microsoft Outlook and Greenhouse ATS
- Manage candidate pipelines through Greenhouse, Trello, and Excel
- Support pre-employment processes including pre-screening and onboarding tasks in collaboration with Recruiting and HR Operations
- Assist with planning and execution of University Recruiting Program activities (e.g., fall recruiting preparation, intern support)
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of candidate data across systems
- Provide support to both University and Experienced Recruiting teams during peak seasons
- Maintain flexibility and adaptability to respond to shifting priorities and high-volume scheduling demands
- Act as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams to ensure a seamless interview experience
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of coordination or administrative experience in an office environment
- Strong experience scheduling interviews/meetings using Microsoft Outlook
- Proficient with Greenhouse ATS (required) and Microsoft Excel (required); Workday HRIS experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Professional communication skills, with ability to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams
