We are a well-established construction management firm based in Orange County, CA, specializing in delivering high-quality projects across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.

Description


  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire skilled professionals in construction management, project management, engineering, and related roles.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, networking, social media, and industry connections, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidates meet the qualifications and cultural fit for the firm.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Management & Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior recruiters and HR staff, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process, including metrics tracking, candidate experience, and time-to-hire.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work by attending industry events, job fairs, and online campaigns.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment efforts are compliant with labor laws and company policies.

Profile

  • Experience: 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the construction or related industries. 2+ years of experience in a management or leadership role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the construction industry, including key roles, certifications, and industry challenges.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a recruitment team, develop strategies, and meet hiring targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
