Salary: $55,000 - $65,000

Job Description: -
Manage full-cycle recruiting, from job postings to onboarding.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Assist with benefits administration and employee enrollment.

Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with regulations.

Handle Paid Leave Oregon and other leave programs.

Maintain accurate records within the HRIS system.

Provide general HR support to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements: -
2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or a related role.

Experience working with HRIS systems.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Knowledge of benefits administration and leave policies.

Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
