Job Opportunity: Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Keizer, OR
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
Work Schedule: Onsite

We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join a Keizer-based company known for its great benefits, low turnover, and positive work environment. Job Description:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, from job postings to onboarding.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

  • Assist with benefits administration and employee enrollment.

  • Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Handle Paid Leave Oregon and other leave programs.

  • Maintain accurate records within the HRIS system.

  • Provide general HR support to ensure smooth operations.



Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or a related role.

  • Experience working with HRIS systems.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Knowledge of benefits administration and leave policies.

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
