The Opportunity:
The Temp Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an intricate role within Talent Acquisition team. The coordinator will be responsible for providing quality customer service on a timely basis and interacting with clients to ensure services are accurately scheduled.
- Schedule all phone screens and interviews with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Provide other administrative support to assigned recruiters, supervisors and managers.
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Escort candidates during onsite interviews.
- Setting up conference rooms for seminars.
Required Skills, Experience and Education:
- Min of a High School diploma/GED
- Min of 2 years if recruiting coordination and scheduling experience
- Must have strong and recent experience with Greenhouse ATS
- Strong experience managing calendars
- Biotech, pharma or medical device experience highly preferred
- Team player with strong attention to detail and client service focus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Self-starter with good problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated organizational/time utilization skills.
- Proven attention to detail/accuracy.
- Excellent client services skills.
- Ability to work cross functionally with a wide range of colleagues at various levels.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
