The Sales and Marketing Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Arizona sales & marketing recruiting efforts with important activities including scheduling interviews, candidate management and communication, maintaining reports, and providing various administrative support related to the full cycle recruiting and hiring processes.
How You'll Shine
- Source passive and active candidates through various job boards, events, career fairs, etc.
- Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews
- Assist with maintaining recruiting reports ensuring accurate and timely updates
- Attend recruiting events and represent the Wyndham brand in a positive manner
- Assist Site Recruiter with managing applicant flow and accurately dispositioning candidates through the various steps in Workday (Applicant Tracking System - ATS)
- Assist Recruiter with documenting and processing offers, offer letter, background checks, and onboarding / new hire forms.
- Communicate effectively with candidates after offer acceptance and prior to Day 1 ensuring the candidate remains interested, engaged and excited about their new role
- Coordinate and effectively communicate Sales Licensing Process to candidates and/or new hires
- Consistently look for and introduce ways to enhance the employment brand messaging and collateral
- Create and maintain an active presence on LinkedIn to include posts, comments, likes, shares, etc.
- Performs other duties as required
What You'll Bring
- Experience and enjoyment working in a fast-paced environment
- 1-2 years Sales or Recruiting Coordinator experience
- Must have proven strengths in organization, communication and follow-through
- Must demonstrate flexibility and be adaptable to change
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Must demonstrates Wyndham Destinations HEART values with every interaction
- Advanced PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Ability to travel to different Arizona locations when needed (based out of Phoenix)
- This position is a stepping stone to become a Site Recruiter within 1-3 years. It is highly desirable for this person to be relocatable in the event a promotion opens up outside of Phoenix.
