Recruiting Coordinator
Description:
This position is primarily responsible for providing caregiver recruiting and onboarding services for Assisting Hands West Orange, a home care agency. The Recruiting Coordinator will assist in recruiting and onboarding caregivers, as well as matching them with appropriate clients based on client need and caregiver competencies. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to interact with caregivers, clients, and health care professionals. The position will also be responsible for providing general administrative support to the agency, and will work as part of the team on other projects as may be assigned from time to time.
Education: High School Diploma/GED required; BA preferred
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be well-organized with good attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with home care, home health, or senior services preferred.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) required.

Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (on-site position)
FLSA Status: Salaried exempt

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
