Required Skills:
- Passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience
- Ability to stay calm and professional amid last-minute changes and shifting priorities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, O365, and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Comfortable with learning and using internal tools and systems quickly
- 1+ year experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar administrative/HR support role
