JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Executive Vice President, the Recruiting Coordinator organizes and participates in special recruiting events on and off campus, focusing on student recruitment across all programs. The Recruiting Coordinator oversees general school engagement with prospective students and supports the organization at various MTSA campus wide events.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communication, education, or other appropriate discipline (preferred).
  • 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in recruiting, administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Efficient typing and data-capturing abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multi-tasking and job-role flexibility.

Recruiting and Promotion
  • Serve as the primary recruiter for MTSA, representing the organization at recruitment fairs, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Collaborate with the Admissions Coordinator to ensure all MTSA recruiting efforts are being met throughout the recruitment and enrollment period.
  • Help develop and implement campus-based and program-specific marketing and recruitment strategies.
  • Manage and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure flawless execution of marketing and promotional plans.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all branding efforts.
  • Provide input into content for the institution's periodical magazine (Airways) and external publications.
  • Help support updates with external customer engagement platforms including MTSA.edu website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and current technology.
  • Publish and coordinate social media content and develop a results-driven strategy.
  • Create and maintain partnerships with community organizations, churches, schools, universities, and social and human service organizations to engage in events.
  • Help support the creation of engaging written, video, and photo content for social media platforms.
  • Provide input to improve processes based on feedback.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Event and Mission Support
  • Support School Life activities, including Career Fair and Open House, and other special events throughout the year.
  • Help support student and school mission activities coordination and promotion.

REPORTING
Reports to the Director of Human Resources while collaborating with the Executive Vice President

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Full-time employment by Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is typically performed in an office environment with high levels of public contact in person and via the phone. Extended hours, including weekends, may be required during peak recruitment periods. Requires occasional light lifting (30-50 lbs.) and extended periods of standing during events.
