Temporary Recruiting Coordinator

Position Summary:

Our client is looking to bring on a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to provide support to their HR and recruiting efforts due to rapid business growth.



Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Manage job postings through applicant tracking system and external resources (LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc.)
  • Extend offer letters, conduct background checks and support onboarding process.
  • Work cross-functionally to advance broader talent acquisition objectives
  • Act as liaison between recruiters and candidates during the recruitment process.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (HR, Business, or related field); equivalent experience considered
  • Experience with ATS and or HRIS
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
