Temporary Recruiting CoordinatorPosition Summary: Our client is looking to bring on a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to provide support to their HR and recruiting efforts due to rapid business growth.
Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities: - Manage job postings through applicant tracking system and external resources (LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc.)
- Extend offer letters, conduct background checks and support onboarding process.
- Work cross-functionally to advance broader talent acquisition objectives
- Act as liaison between recruiters and candidates during the recruitment process.
Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree preferred (HR, Business, or related field); equivalent experience considered
- Experience with ATS and or HRIS
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
