Serving as the Significance Inc Recruiter, you will play a critical role in the continued growth of Significance. You will ensure we find the right people, for the right roles, at the right time, to position our customers for mission success.
•Identify and network with potential candidates (passive) and job seekers (active) through creative matching strategies, utilizing social media, networking, Boolean searches, referrals, hiring events our internal database,
•Maintain regular contact with candidates to foster on-going relationships; maintain and update a prospective candidate pipeline by cold calling/prospecting calls.
•Optimize the ATS to create reports/metrics on hiring practices and develop strategies for performance improvement as needed.
•Conduct pre-screens and interviews to develop and understanding of the candidate's qualifications, job preferences and minimum salary requirements; ensure candidates meeting minimum job qualifications.
•Maintain excellent candidate management with identified candidates selected for proposals awaiting award.
•Stay current on the company's organizational structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
•Social media savvy. Develop and maintain our social media presence, targeting future talent and raising awareness of an employer of choice
•Research and find talent via various job board resources, networking events and job fairs. Develop and foster relationships with colleges and universities to aid in recruiting efforts. university career fairs, open houses, and networking events.
•Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices. Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective recruiting strategies.
•Establish relationships with Directors and Managers, conduct regular follow up to determine effectiveness of recruiting program. Desired Requirements Professional recruiting experience including in-depth experience sourcing talent for federal contract roles, primarily with Department of Defense (DoD).
High energy, positive attitude, and drive to get things done. Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally. Excellent written skills.
Collaborative and team-oriented work style.
Demonstrated knowledge and track record of implementing and optimizing an Applicant Tracking System.
Above average skills with Microsoft office products.
Must be Located within 50 miles of the National Capital Region.
At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location. We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply.
