As a Search Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, interviewing, and recommending candidates for high-level leadership and C-suite roles within our client organizations. Additionally, you will cultivate relationships with new client companies while working alongside proven recruiting industry leaders.
Responsibilities of our Search Consultants:
- Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand and fulfill talent needs.
- Client Development: Build and expand relationships with senior leaders, HR professionals, and C-level executives.
- Candidate Recruitment: Source and recruit top talent using multi-channel strategies, focusing on Transportation, Logistics, and Supply Chain industries.
- Portfolio Management: Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with their evolving needs.
- Market Intelligence: Identify business opportunities, gather industry insights, and share actionable trends with the team.
We're seeking a driven professional with:
- 2+ years of search and recruiting experience
- Business Development or Outbound Sales are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong determination, excellent communication, and high organization.
- Ability to work onsite in Fairlawn, Ohio.
