Plateau GRP is seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to join our dynamic recruiting team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in identifying, engaging, and hiring cleared professionals who align with our mission and values. This position will require onsite work in Fairfax, VA.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and recruit cleared technical professionals across a variety of programs and skill sets.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive outreach and relationship management.
Tailor resumes and candidate profiles to meet specific customer and program requirements.
Manage and maintain accurate records in Plateau's Applicant Tracking System (Paylocity).
Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Represent Plateau's brand and values to candidates, promoting a culture of integrity, excellence, and innovation.
Support onboarding and employee engagement efforts to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives in recruiting processes and tools.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
8+ years of progressive recruiting experience with a focus on passive candidate generation and engagement.
3+ years of experience working cross-functionally across the recruiting process, partnering with multiple stakeholders.
3+ years of experience using recruiting tools such as ClearanceJobs, Indeed, Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, ATS systems, and other sourcing platforms.
Experience in recruiting for the federal government or government contracting space
Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Strong ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates and internal teams.
Excellent attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
Comfortable interacting with highly technical candidates and senior leadership.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other IT tools for completing routine and moderately complex tasks.
Flexible and adaptable to support high-priority tasks and shifting business needs.
Professional, customer-focused, and mature approach to recruiting.
