Executive Recruiter
Description:
Responsible for the executive recruitment, candidate assessment, candidate sourcing, and client consultation. Additionally, will provide market intelligence, talent pipeline development, negotiation and offer management.
Required:
8-10 years strong networking and relationship building skills
8-10 years consultative mind frame and the ability to partner/influence clients
8-10 years Assessment and evaluation skills for candidate identification and match
Must have strong and polished communication skills as well as deep passive sourcing experience, market research knowhow.
