We're looking for those experienced in Business Development, Engineering, Information Technology, Health & Medical, etc.
The Opportunity
We're seeking experienced, self-motivated recruiters to join our team as independent contractors. You'll work on commission-only basis with access to our client relationships and job orders while maintaining the flexibility to build your own recruiting practice.
What You'll Do
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for client positions
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from initial outreach to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates in your specialty areas
- Collaborate with our team to ensure excellent client service
- Represent Koger professionally in all candidate and client interactions
What You Bring
Required:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate)
- Proven track record of successful placements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Professional recruiting tools and resources (LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator, resume databases, etc.)
- Reliable Internet connection and professional workspace
Preferred:
- Existing network in specific industry verticals
- Experience with commission-based recruiting
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices and compliance
