Vaco is partnering with a leading client based in Phoenix, AZ, to find a talented part-time Recruiter on a temporary basis to join their team. In this role, the recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates in the Accounting, Finance, and Technology sectors. This contract position is expected to last for three months, offering a flexible hybrid work schedule and 30 hours per week. The position offers a competitive pay rate of up to $40 per hour, with interviews happening immediately.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:- Source candidates using databases, social media, and other channels
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate job offers, salary packages, and start dates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding
Our preferred qualifications:- 3-5 years of recruiting experience
- Experience in multi-unit retail/public ally traded company
- Excellent communication skills
