About the role

We are looking for a proactive and high-performing Head-hunter to join the CEO's Office at Regent Global. This is a full-time, hands-on role focused on identifying exceptional talent to help drive forward our ambitious growth plans. You will play a crucial part in sourcing the right team members who are ready to roll up their sleeves and make things happen- not just talk about it.


Key responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CEO and senior team to understand evolving recruitment needs across departments and geographies
  • Actively identify, approach, and engage potential candidates through modern sourcing strategies and direct outreach
  • Be a true brand ambassador- someone who can share our vision and attract people aligned with our values and culture
  • Build and manage a strong talent pipeline, staying in regular contact with high-potential individuals even when no immediate vacancy exists
  • Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations, assessing suitability based on mindset, ability to deliver, and alignment with the Regent mission
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, candidate conversations, and progress, reporting directly to the CEO
