We are growing and looking for a driven, experienced Full-Desk Recruiter to join our dynamic team.


Position Overview: We are seeking a high-performing Full-Desk Recruiter with at least 3 years of experience in executive search or professional staffing in Accounting and Finance. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a dual role-generating new business while managing the full recruitment lifecycle. You will play a key role in identifying top talent, building strong client relationships, and contributing to GLC Group's continued success.


Key Responsibilities:


• Business Development

o Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with companies in need of accounting and finance talent.

o Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, and decision-makers.

o Conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person) to understand hiring needs and build long-term partnerships.


• Recruitment & Talent Management - Accounting and Finance

o Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of accounting and finance positions.

o Manage candidates through the full recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and placement.

o Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through referrals, networking, job boards, and social media.


• Collaboration & Strategy

o Work closely with leadership to align recruiting efforts with business goals.

o Track performance metrics and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

o Stay up-to-date with market trends in finance and accounting to advise clients and candidates effectively.


Qualifications:


• 3+ years of experience as a recruiter in a full-desk or agency environment.


• Proven success in both business development and candidate placement.


Experience recruiting for accounting and finance roles is strongly preferred.


• Experience in making high volume cold-calls and utilizing email and social medial direct messaging to connect with clients and candidates


• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.


• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.


• Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems is a plus.
