LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Recruiter for a full-time, onsite opportunity in Ashland, VA. What You'll Do:
- Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for skilled labor and manufacturing roles.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline using creative sourcing strategies (job boards, networking, referrals, social platforms, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand department-specific needs and tailor recruiting strategies accordingly.
- Conduct pre-employment screenings, including reference and background checks.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting through offer and onboarding.
- Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities and candidate touchpoints in the ATS or CRM.

- Proven experience recruiting in the manufacturing or skilled trades sector.
- Strong knowledge of the hiring landscape and workforce trends in manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
