Recruiter Needed
- Recruiter needed to support 2 Senior Account Managers in the area of business development and recruiting for mostly North American small, medium, and large corporate clients.
- Must be able to generate market research and then contact targeted prospective clients and candidates and develop them with the guidence of Senior Account Managers.
- Will be learning critical market strategies and receive professional mentoring by Senior Staff Members.
- Will be working as a member of a small team on multiple simultaneous projects.
- Will be actively utilizing Outlook, LinkedIn Recruiter, and custom software/TE Recruiter.
- Will be utilizing RingCentral desktop and mobile app for VoIP.
- Should be able to ascend to an Account Executive role within two years.
