The JOB:

The Recreation Supervisor plays a key leadership role in overseeing daily recreational operations and programming for guests of all ages. This individual assists in planning, coordinating, and executing activities and events that enhance the guest experience and promote engagement across the property. The Recreation Supervisor also mentors and supports the recreation team while ensuring a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for all guests.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in hospitality, recreation, or guest services required; 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
  • Energetic, outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to lead a team and create a fun, engaging atmosphere for guests of all ages.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Ability to lift moderate weights, be outdoors for extended periods, and facilitate physical activities as needed.
