DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Consult with the Bureau on strategic improvements to RIM programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
• Implement successful strategies for enhancing records classification, retention policies, and overall program efficiency.
• Develops and implements records management policies aligned with regulations, industry standards, and the agency's needs.
• Educates stakeholders on the importance of effective RIM practices and their impact on the Bureau's efficiency and compliance. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
• Must have a Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent
• Must have at least 7+ years of RIM consulting experience, focusing on implementing Microsoft Purview/Records Management
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a background check
• Willing to travel within the continental United States
• Ability to communicate effectively - both orally and in writing
• Excellent customer service skills to adequately handle the needs of government program managers and their SMEs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with ability to work in a high-pressure environment handling sensitive and/or classified information while meeting multiple deadlines
