R2C is seeking a full time Records Management Clerk that will provide technical services in support of maintenance and repair operations.

Responsibilities include:

The hours are 0600-14:30, M-F, at Davis-Monthan AFB in Tucson AZ. Must have an ACTIVE Secret Clearance.
  • Maintenance Records: The contractor shall accurately manage, maintain, update, and dispose of maintenance records and maintenance actions in accordance with (IAW) publications
  • Contractor Knowledge: The contractor shall possess knowledge of maintenance operation and logistics management of aerospace vehicles, engines, and associated equipment and automated and manual procedures applying to documenting maintenance management information systems.
  • The contractor shall possess knowledge of concepts and application of maintenance directives including asset receipt/departures, component removals/installations, aerospace vehicle configuration, Special Inspection (SI) and Time Change Item (TCI) management; delayed discrepancy; and Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO).
  • Standardization: The contractor shall organize and standardize variety of incoming hard copy maintenance records for maintenance actions including production work orders, work control documents (WCD), maintenance records, reports, receiving and disposition documents, and other significant documents containing historical data.
  • The contractor shall possess familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) automated maintenance information systems including Reliability Maintainability Information System (REMIS) and MAXIMO (AMARG Business System).
  • The contractor shall analyze, interpret, categorize, and annotate maintenance actions performed on printed hardcopy records and electronically input into the aforementioned Department of Defense (DoD) automated maintenance information systems.
  • The contractor shall interpret maintenance data received on data discs from various maintenance data systems. Examples include Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS,) G081 (Automated Maintenance System - For Mobility), Decision Knowledge Programming for Logistics Analysis and Technical Evaluation (DECKPLATE- Navy reporting system).
  • Configuration: The contractor shall organize, file, and maintain maintenance hardcopy records in a standard records configuration
  • The contractor shall extract existing hardcopy records containing significant historical information from records repositories as requested by the Government. The contractor shall scan/electronically file, appropriately name, and transfer the data files in the 309 AMARG Electronic Records Management (ERM) data base.
  • The contractor shall copy/file/store maintenance records or associated data received on digital media into the ERM.
  • The contractor shall update applicable Microsoft Power Point Presentations slides with the most current information and brief the presentations during weekly wall walk meetings.
  • Additional Requirement - The contractor shall possess DoD supply experience including extensive knowledge of supply operations, governing supply regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions to provide inventory and records management services for specialized or unique supplies, urgent and critical shortage equipment and parts which require unusual degrees of protection in storage.
  • Supports the program manager as needed for other tasks.
