Closing: 11/25/2024. Job Overview: The Receptionist/Secretary position provides administrative support and customer service for ACCES-VR. This role requires multitasking, attention to detail, and proficiency in office tools and virtual platforms. Minimum Education: - GED or High School Diploma and/or equivalent work experience
Work Experience: - At least 1 year of relevant experience
Job Duties: - Provide customer service to ACCES-VR customers.
- Handle folders physically (lifting and filing in cabinets)
- Perform filing tasks, including physical filing and electronic record management.
- Data entry
- Manage emailing, scanning, and faxing tasks.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Provide reception desk coverage.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
Required Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and Forms
- Experience using virtual platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Strong multitasking ability and organizational skills
- Ability to meet required deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Willingness to learn computer programs specific to ACCES-VR
Misc. Information: - Shift Days/Time: Monday through Friday; 9:00am-5:00pm.
- Parking: City of Utica parking is available at $50/month.
- Public Transportation: Centro Bus Depot is located a few blocks from the worksite.
- Interview Process: Interviews will be conducted in the office or via Zoom.
- Training: On-the-job training will be provided.
