As our Receptionist - Work Order Clerk, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers while also playing a critical role in coordinating work orders and administrative tasks that keep our operations on track. What You'll Do - Welcome with professionalism: Greet clients, team members, and guests in a friendly and professional manner; ensure a positive first impression of our business.
- Manage communication channels: Answer incoming phone calls, route them appropriately, take messages, and support appointment scheduling.
- Keep things moving: Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries; ensure timely and accurate distribution.
- Support workflow: Assist in processing work orders and tracking job progress; help generate billing and administrative reports as needed.
- Stay organized: Maintain physical and digital filing systems, retrieve data and documentation upon request, and provide written summaries when needed.
- Be resourceful: Handle administrative inquiries, coordinate office supply needs, and schedule service or maintenance for office equipment.
- Pitch in where needed: Perform general office duties and provide cross-functional support for special projects and operational tasks.

Qualifications - High school diploma required; Associate's degree or coursework in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- 3-5 years of administrative experience, ideally with exposure to work orders, billing, or accounts payable processes.
- Able to work at a computer or front desk for extended periods (sitting or standing).
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally and navigate the facility as needed.
