We are seeking a
Receptionist - PRN (as needed).- Perdiem (As Needed) working shifts between 6:30am to 10:30pm.
Receptionist Qualifications:- Have caring helpful patient attitude.
- Customer Service experience preferred.
- Experience in a nursing home environment preferred.
- Must be able to read, write, speak English language.
Receptionist Job Summary:- Answer the phones and direct calls to appropriate area.
- Assist visitors with signing in and out of the facility.
- Assist residents to prevent them from wandering out of facility.
- Make announcements over paging system.
- Distribute incoming packages and mail.
- Know and follow all emergency procedures.
- Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth while showing personal interest in a calm and peaceful environment.
