Job Description: Part Time Receptionist Needed for 4 days from 7am to 3pm week days. Must be Reliable, Hardworking and DependableMust be Fully Vaccinated
Responsibilities:
- Monitors and ensures the safety of the lobby area
- Ensures that no resident leaves the building unattended
- Stays with residents until alternate staff relief arrives
- Makes copies as assigned
- Ensures that visitors sign in
- Works with a minimum of supervision. Must function independently, have flexibility. personal integrity and the ability to work effectively with residents, co-works, support agencies and outside agencies
- Must treat all residents and co-workers with dignity and respect.
- Must be able to relate to and work with the ill, disabled, elderly and emotionally upset residents.
- Demonstrates awareness of safety issues and maintains a safe environment throughout the facility
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Answering phones, greeting visitors, transferring calls, basic office tasks, intake paperwork
- Education
Entry Level (0-2 years)
High School Diploma/GED
