• Greet and assist clients warmly-both in person and on the phone
• Manage a high volume of calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and care
• Schedule client meetings and maintain the firm's calendar
• Prepare and organize legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
• Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals
• Help manage filing systems and maintain client records Qualifications: What We're Looking For:
• Experience in a law firm or professional office environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A calm, courteous presence-especially when things get busy
