Position Overview We're looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join the Dude Perfect team. In this role, you will be the first impression and contact to our new HQ offices. This is an opportunity to engage with visitors, staff, vendors and with a company that values teamwork, excellence, and having a ton of fun while doing it.
Schedule: 20 hours per week (flexible scheduling within standard business hours)
Key Responsibilities - Greet and welcome all visitors, directing them and/or notifying the appropriate person they are meeting.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle mail and deliveries, sorting and distributing them appropriately.
- Provide basic information to clients and visitors in person or via phone/email.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Perform administrative tasks such as updating documents, keeping DP folders organized, ordering office supplies/food and you may run local errands.
- Miscellaneous projects as assigned.
Qualifications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with media-related tools is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A high school diploma is required; additional qualifications in sports, media or communications are advantageous.
Work Environment - This position is located onsite at the Dude Perfect HQ in Frisco, Texas
- Energetic, collaborative, and fun atmosphere.
- Must be comfortable interacting with a variety of visitors, from vendors to VIP guests.
