Responsibilities - Answer phones and direct customers/vendors to the appropriate department or staff.
- Greet and direct showroom visitors to the appropriate department or staff.
- Handle customer conflict and escalate to the appropriate supervisor.
- Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize long hold times.
- Understand and apply effective communication to all aspects of the job.
- Understand departmental structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently.
- Assist management with various clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications - Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Reynolds & Reynolds preferred.
- Previous administrative and/or receptionist experience preferred.
- Must have the ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and vendors.
- Must be reliable and have reliable transportation.
- Must be willing to participate in a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Must be a US citizen.
