Location: Shreveport, LA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays
Pay: $15.00 per hour

Job Summary: We are seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our high-end jewelry store in Shreveport, LA. The ideal candidate will have a warm and welcoming demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. This role is essential in providing an upscale customer experience while assisting with store operations.
Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Provide information on store services, promotions, and policies.
- Support sales associates and management with customer inquiries.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Uphold the store's luxury brand image through exceptional customer service.
Qualifications: - Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role preferred.
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a luxury retail environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling software).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

- Availability to work rotating Saturdays as part of the schedule.
