Provide top-notch customer care
Be attentive to client and pet needs
Identify and work compassionately with clients in various emotionally states
Answer and triage phone calls for clients
Schedule appointments and procedures
Check-in clients
Monitor client flow from check in to discharge
Client call backs
Managing record requests between other hospitals and practices
Provide client education in out services and products
Assist in cleaning the clinic including but not limited to: reception area, bathrooms, exams room and kennels as needed
Process payments
Maintain proper documentation
Computer Skills: Must be a quick learner and able to learn the client software programs
Other duties as assigned by doctors and management
Medical or Veterinary office experience preferred but not required.
MUST be a quick learner and able to work in a fast paced environment
