The Meadows Center for Nursing and Healing. As our
Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all visitors and callers are welcomed with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive atmosphere within our long-term care facility.
Work Schedule: This is a
full-time position, Monday through Friday,
8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities: In this vital role, your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Greeting families, visitors, and staff with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Managing incoming calls, addressing questions, and directing inquiries as needed
- Handling filing, sorting mail, and processing various administrative tasks
- Operating office equipment, including phones, fax machines, and other essential devices
- Assisting with cash handling and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting the team with additional duties as needed to maintain a smooth-running office

What We're Looking For: To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (required)
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Solid organizational skills, including filing and handling administrative duties
