Hansel Auto Group is looking for Receptionist to join our BMW Santa Rosa team
Pay Scale
The Receptionist position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $18.00 and $20.00
Responsibilities and Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Promptly answer and route calls to the correct location for all 4 of our Santa Rosa dealerships
- Make Service Appointments as needed
- Effectively manage activity at the Reception Desk
- Take charge of projects and see them through to completion
- Provide support as needed if the main receptionist is unavailable
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience operating a multiple line phone system
- Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- Strong communication and follow up skills
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Pass a drug test
- Pass a criminal background screening
