Your Responsibilities as a Receptionist:

Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff with a friendly and professional attitude
Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
Manage front desk operations including scheduling, filing, and administrative support
Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and facility communications
Ensure a smooth flow of information between departments and maintain confidentiality
Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and guests

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
A warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
