Are you a people person who thrives on helping customers? Do you have excellent communication skills? If so, The Ford Store San Leandro-a family-owned and operated dealership-is looking for you. We're seeking a motivated Receptionist as our Business Development Center Representative (BDC) to join our growing team.
What You'll Do:
Answer inbound calls, emails, and texts to assist customers.
Schedule appointments and follow up with potential leads.
Provide excellent customer service while promoting our dealership's inventory.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
What We're Looking For:
Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a bonus, but not required.
BDC experience is a bonus, but not required.
Excellent communication and phone skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer service experience is a plus.
